By using MiniMap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use MiniMap.

1. Use

MiniMap provides software and information from public and third-party sources.

You may not use MiniMap unlawfully, interfere with or gain unauthorized access to the Service, circumvent its restrictions, or use it to unlawfully harm, harass, track, or surveil others.

MiniMap and its original software, branding, and content belong to us or our licensors. Third-party content remains subject to its owners’ rights.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Service or your access to it.

2. Payments

Payments are final, and refunds will be made purely at our discretion, except where otherwise required by law.

3. Credential Security

You are responsible for following good credential security practices, including using strong and unique passwords, not reusing passwords across services, using unique email addresses and usernames where appropriate, keeping credentials confidential, and protecting the accounts and devices used to access MiniMap.

No computer system, network, software, or method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We do not guarantee that MiniMap will be immune from unauthorized access, credential theft, security vulnerabilities, attacks, data loss, or other security incidents.

4. Disclaimers

MiniMap and all information provided through it are offered “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that MiniMap or its information will be accurate, complete, available, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiniMap and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, digital assets, or business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms. Continued use of MiniMap after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of them to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to MiniMap for violations of these Terms or where necessary to protect MiniMap, its users, or others.
